Generally difficult to get an appointment, although easy today.
Service is rigid & cold- dread calling the surgery with lack of flexibility

Often on the day appts, available parking, most of the staff are friendly. Run late quite often but never warn you when booking in.
Online services is very confusing to get registered. None of my details worked

Easier system for booking appointments. 3/4 of an hour on phone, cut off twice then told none were available most frustrating
